Folding 1st Ama!!!!!

- Η πρώτη αναδίπλωση του πλωτήρα είναι γεγονός. Αφού μέτρησα, έκοψα, τρύπησα και ρυθμισα τα μπράτσα και τους πλωτήρες, πέρασα τις INOX βίδες κόλλησα με εποξική και......ναι ο πλωτήρας αναδιπλώνεται. Επίσης πέρασα με glassbubbles το μπροστινό deck και τα φτερά και ξαναέκανα τις ενώσεις με εποξικό στόκο στο κόκπιτ όπου χρειαζόταν.

- The first fold of the ama is a fact. After measuring, I cut, puncture and regulation arms and floats, I install the INOX bolts, glued with epoxy and ...... yes the AMA FOLDING. Also coating with glassbubbles the front deck and wings and redo seams with epoxy putty the cockpit where needed.

14/8/13 - front deck

- Έκοψα, έτριψα, πέρασα fiberglass και ετοίμασα για τοποθέτηση το μπροστινό deck και τα φτερά εμπρός και πίσω και όλα είναι έτοιμα για κόλλημα.

- Today, i made cutting, sanding, fiberglassing and preparing for installation the front deck and the spray deflectors (front and rear), and now everything is ready to assembly.

- Τέλειωσα με τις ενώσεις στο πάτωμα και στο κουτί της καρίνας, ρύθμισα και ευθυγράμμισα τους μεντεσέδες στα akas και έφτιαξα και τα πλαινά των καθισμάτων.  

- I'm done with the seams sealing on the floor and the daggerboard box, configure and align the hinges at the akas and I made the sides of the seats.

- Έφτιαξα επιτέλους το πάτωμα και θα μπορώ να πατάω κάπου. Γέμισα με διογκομένη πολυστερίνη τα κενά, για αύξηση της άνωσης αλλά και για μόνωση και τοποθέτησα το 2ο πάτωμα. Επίσης έκλεισα τις τρύπες από τις βίδες με εποξικό στόκο και χρωστική, και κόλλησα και τα καπάκια του κουτιού της καρίνας.

- Finally I made the floor and I would set foot somewhere. -Expanded polystyrene filled with loopholes, to increase buoyancy but also insulation and mounted the 2nd floor. Also closed the screw holes with epoxy filler and pigment, and glued the lids of the daggerboard box.
